Board Certified Periodontist
Dr. Failla was born and raised in Rome, Italy. There she received her D.D.S. from La Sapienza University in 1998. In 2002, she received her specialty certificate in Periodontics, as well as a Masters in Science from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. After her time in Boston, Dr. Failla then returned to Rome where she completed a specialty in Special Oral Surgery. In 2018, Dr. Failla completed her advanced standing program from Boston University Goldman School of Dentistry where she earned her D.M.D.
Since 2002, Dr. Failla has been a practicing Periodontist in her family’s practice in Rome, Italy. Dr. Failla’s mother Agnese is a General Practitioner(GP) with a specialty in Orthodontics, her aunt Cinzia is a Prosthodontist( also a Tufts graduate), and her sister Laura is a GP with a specialty in Orthodontics. Truly a family dental practice.
Dr. Failla is married with two children. When Dr. Failla is not busy working and bringing her children to their various activities, she likes to travel back to Rome to visit her family. Dr. Failla also enjoys cooking, baking, swimming, and reading in her free time.
